Engineering, projects, solutions
We join PE, PP, PVDF and PVC pipes, fittings and sheets on site in Poland, Germany and across the EU.
Each method has its own applications. If you are not sure which one you need, describe the installation in your enquiry.
PE and PP pipes and fittings joined end to end with a heater plate. The standard method for pipelines and manifolds.
A fitting with an embedded heating wire is fused by electric current. For places where a butt fusion machine will not fit.
Heating with an infrared emitter, without contact with a plate. Clean, repeatable PP and PVDF joints.
A hand-held extruder feeds plasticised welding rod straight into the weld. For sheets and thicker components.
PVC pipes and fittings joined with solvent cement, without heat. Clear pipes too.
We show our work without client names. We are happy to discuss details when you send an enquiry.
