Privacy policy

Effective from 29.10.2026.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is PLN Solutions Sp. z o.o., ul. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie 1a/4, 59-830 Olszyna, Poland, KRS 0001271253, Tax ID (NIP) 613-160-04-71.

For any matters concerning personal data, write to [email protected] or by post to our registered office. We have not appointed a data protection officer.

What data we collect through the form

Your full name, company name, email address, phone number and description of the work. Optionally: type of work, material, location and date of work, VAT number and any file you attach (drawing, photo or PDF).

Providing your data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to your enquiry.

Why we process data and on what legal basis

Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and, when you write on behalf of a company, also Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest, namely communication with a business customer).

Protecting the form against spam and abuse: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Website visit statistics: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e. your consent given in the cookie banner.

How long we keep data

We keep data from your enquiry for as long as needed to reply and for any subsequent cooperation, and then for the limitation period for claims, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact.

If we conclude a contract, we keep accounting documents for as long as tax law requires.

We keep visit statistics data until you withdraw your consent, but no longer than 14 months.

Who we share data with

We use service providers that process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

  • Cloudflare (website hosting and form handling);
  • Resend (sending form messages to our mailbox);
  • Google (email in Google Workspace, a copy of enquiries in a Google spreadsheet and, with your consent, Google Analytics statistics run via Google Tag Manager);
  • Usercentrics A/S, provider of the Cookiebot consent banner, which records your cookie choices.

Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area

Some providers (Google, Cloudflare, Resend) are based in the USA or use servers outside the EEA. We transfer data on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) where the provider is certified under it, or on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies and statistics

Strictly necessary cookies store your choices in the consent banner. The website cannot work properly without them, so we do not ask for your consent to them.

We only activate analytics cookies (Google Analytics) after you give your consent. They show us which pages are visited and where visitors come from. We do not combine them with data from the form.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the ‘Cookie settings’ link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.

If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), or with the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.

Profiling

We do not use automated decision-making and do not profile your data.

Changes to this policy

If we change the way we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
